Positive plan

I'm aware that I read too much news every day, from Australia, Hong Kong, UK etc. I need some positive vibes instead. How about pursuing these for a start?

1. Read “how to”?
2. Smile more everyday
3. Do exercise everyday
4. Eat fruit and vegetable everyday
5. Do one kind thing everyday
6. Eat good breakfast everyday
7. Make a thing every week? Cookies, clothes, DIY?
