From Helly Hansen to Mahatma Gandhi

I think I'm having mid life crisis. I constantly think about buying a Mercedes and a Helly Hansen jacket!

Last night, I read a blog about making a dreamboard. The author said we have to use visualisation to achieve what we want. That's not new. But he said we should dream about what kind of person we want to be too, not just about our possessions. That's new, at least to me.

The first person I can think of is Gandhi. So I reread about his biography and thought about why he's always be my hero. And I think that's what grounded me. Gandhi led a very simple life.

Out you go, the Mercedes and the Helly Hansen jacket!

  1. I've had many Helly Hansen jackets throughout the years. When I was a kid, everybody had HH rain gear (everybody had). But I've never owned a Mercedes, and never will
