Writers' GPS

Romance Writer's Revenge has a hilarious post about inventions for writers. I love the Writers' GPS most.

It's a gadget that prompts you: turn now for more conflict, go straight ahead for more humour.

It's a pity it's not yet invented.

I shared in the comment that I've bad guys writer's block. So maybe some techno fans can design a software for me. Every time I slow down when I can't decide the fate of the baddies, the software can pop some major villains out to bash or chase my virtual self.

You can read the full article of Inventions needed here. The post even mentions Mr. Darcy, an invention featuring our dear boy.

  2. Perhaps you could come up with your own spin-the-wheel type thing to get you out of tough situations or even just ho-hum situations. Whatever it lands on, give it a try.

  3. Helen has a great suggestion. That would certainly be a help. Also, someone gave me a set of cards once that had prompts on them. I never used them, however, and don't know where they are.
